Some Facets of China

Douglas Day has been involved in human resource development projects in China since 1997 and has worked with young professionals in Beijing, Shanghai, Hubei Province, Gansu Province,Liaoning Province, Yunnan Province, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Ningxia Autonomous Region. In September of this year, along with 49 others from 19 different countries, he received the China National Friendship Award at a ceremony in the Great Hall of the People, Beijing. This award is presented to those "foreign experts" who have contributed "to the training of Chinese personnel as well as to China's social development and economic, scientific, technological, educational and cultural construction"
