North Korea: implications of current developments for New Zealand

Graham Kelly led a NZ delegation to DPR Korea - North Korea - in early July. This was the first NZ group to visit since the establishment of diplomatic relations in March. He and other members of the delegation will be talking of their experience and impressions.
