Educated at Seoul National and Georgetown Universities, Ambassador Moon has served in San Francisco, Libreville, Tokyo, Geneva and Beijing. Prior to posting to NZ in 1999 he was Director-General, Asian and Pacific Affairs Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MOFAT)
